Delivery
The ordered goods are delivered to the entire territory of Serbia by our partner, directly to your home, ie to the address you specify in the purchase order. Delivery is made within a maximum of 3 working days from the date of the order. Orders we receive after 14:00 will be processed the next business day.
If the person who ordered (who picks up) the product is not at home at the time of delivery, the supplier will leave a “notice of arrival of the shipment” at the specified address, which will indicate the telephone number for agreement on the date of repeated delivery within 8 days. After that deadline, the shipment is returned to the sender.
The delivery price depends on the quantity of the ordered products and is displayed when selecting the item.
If you have not received the goods or delivery notice within the expected time, please notify us immediately, in order to take action to locate the shipment or to send a replacement shipment.
Correctness of the shipment
