A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. Of darker ruby color, and with an intense fruity aroma in which you can sense elements of oak. Possesses a full flavor, is supple, and with a very good balance. Tartness is nicely integrated into the taste, with outstanding persistence of the aroma after consummation.

Serve at: 17 -18 °C

Serve with: meat pie, spaghetti Bolognese, light meat (if served with mushrooms), chicken stew, with soft cheeses (Brie, Camembert).
